If the cash register communicates with CRK via Ethernet or WiFi, is it possible to use the same connection to communicate with the cash register from the computer (sales system)?

Yes. Novitus online devices are multi-interface and multi-communication. Such connections can be made by separate links with channels, but you can do everything using the same link. To connect to a cash register connected to CRK via Ethernet or WiFi from a computer, you need to enable this configuration in the Menu: [451531] Cash register-PC protocol -> Port (5001) -> Protocol (TCP/IP) -> Address (empty) -> Active (check!) -> MAC filter (leave all zeros).
