NOVITUS provides a 12-month warranty for its products.

How to proceed in the event of damage to a NOVITUS device under warranty?


  1. Notify the authorised NOVITUS Service Centre servicing the given device (the service contact details are included in the service book or the warranty card);
  2. Present a correctly completed warranty card (in the event of a defect within the warranty period);
  3. Attach a detailed description of the defect or the scope of the ordered service (symptoms and situations in which they occur);
  4. Attach the current company details with the tax identification number (NIP) as well as the name and telephone number of the person ordering the service;
  5. In the case of a fiscal device: under no circumstances should the service book be attached to the device - it should always be located at the place of installation of the fiscal device;
  6. Before handing over the fiscal device to the service, an employee of the Authorised Service Centre should make an appropriate entry in the service book;
  7. Equipment for repair should be delivered in appropriate, preferably original factory packaging. In the absence of the factory packaging, the risk of damage during transport is borne by the claimant.

An authorised service centre repairs or sends the device to the manufacturer.


Replacing the fiscal memory


How to proceed in the event of a desire to replace the fiscal memory in NOVITUS fiscal devices (applies to both replacement under warranty and after the warranty period)?

  • Notify the Authorised NOVITUS Service Centre servicing the given device (the service contact details are included in the service booklet or the warranty card);
  • Along with the device, provide the original cash register fiscal memory readout certificate prepared by an employee of the Tax Office;
  • Present a correctly completed warranty card (in the event of a defect within the warranty period);
  • Attach the company's details with the tax identification number (NIP) as well as the name and telephone number of the person ordering the service;
  • Before handing over the device to the service, an employee of an Authorised Service Centre should make an appropriate entry in the service book;
  • Equipment for repair should be delivered in appropriate, preferably in the original factory packaging. In the absence of the factory packaging, the risk of damage during transport is borne by the claimant.


The memory replacement is carried out only at the NOVITUS manufacturer's service centre.
