Is it possible to program VAT rates "the old way" in cash registers after May 1?

In cash registers fiscalised after 1 May 2019, the rates must be programmed according to the new system.
In the case of cash registers used by taxpayers earlier (i.e. before May 1), VAT rates and the related goods must be reprogrammed to the new system by the end of July 2019.
